1. Operator information

  • [LEGAL NAME OF SOLE PROPRIETOR / REGISTERED SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP NAME]
  • Trading name: MinijackStudio
  • Registered business address: [BUSINESS ADDRESS]
  • Tax Identification Number: [TAX ID] — Tax Office: [TAX OFFICE]
  • GEMI registration number, if applicable: [GEMI NUMBER]

2. Scope and acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of this website. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. These Terms do not replace the written proposal, statement of work or contract governing a specific client project.

3. Website information and enquiries

Website content describes services in general and does not constitute a binding offer, guarantee, professional advice or commitment to accept a project. Sending an email or enquiry does not create a client relationship. A project begins only when the applicable proposal or contract has been accepted in the stated manner.

4. Project agreements, pricing and payment

The scope, deliverables, timetable, fees, taxes, payment schedule, revision rounds, maintenance, third-party costs and acceptance process for each project will be defined in a separate written proposal or contract. If there is a conflict, that project-specific document prevails over these website Terms for the relevant project.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, estimates are not fixed quotations. Work outside the agreed scope requires written agreement and may affect price and delivery dates.

5. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely, accurate and lawful content, instructions, approvals, access credentials and feedback. Clients must hold the rights and permissions necessary for all text, images, trademarks, data and other material they supply.

Delays, missing information or changes requested by the client may require a revised schedule and additional fees, as specified in the project agreement.

6. Intellectual property

The MinijackStudio name, website design, text, graphics and other website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied, republished, adapted or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

Ownership or licensing of project deliverables is determined by the relevant contract and, unless otherwise agreed, any agreed transfer takes effect only after full payment. Pre-existing tools, reusable code, know-how, open-source software, fonts, stock assets, plugins and third-party materials remain subject to their existing ownership and licence terms.

7. Delivery, testing and third-party services

Digital services depend on timely collaboration and may also depend on hosting providers, domain registrars, content-management systems, APIs, plugins and other third parties. We will use reasonable professional care but cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability or future compatibility of third-party services.

The client is responsible for reviewing deliverables and reporting issues within the acceptance period specified in the project agreement. Maintenance, security updates and ongoing support are included only where expressly agreed.

8. Consumer right of withdrawal

Where a client qualifies as a consumer and a service contract is concluded at a distance, the consumer generally has 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to statutory conditions and exceptions.

If the consumer expressly requests that performance begin during the withdrawal period and later withdraws, the consumer may be required to pay a proportionate amount for work already performed. The right may be lost after the service has been fully performed where performance began with the consumer's prior express request and acknowledgement, as provided by law. The project agreement will contain the information and any express request required for the specific transaction. Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory consumer rights.

9. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation, suspension, deposits, milestone payments and refunds are governed by the applicable proposal or contract and mandatory law. Work already performed, approved third-party purchases and non-recoverable costs may remain payable where legally permitted.

10. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a harmful or excessive manner, impersonate another person, infringe rights or use the website for unlawful, misleading or abusive activity.

11. Liability

The website is provided on an as-available basis. We take reasonable care with its content but do not guarantee that all information is always complete, current or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, MinijackStudio is not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party services, unauthorized modifications, client-supplied materials or use contrary to instructions. No provision excludes or limits liability where exclusion is prohibited, including mandatory consumer protections, fraud, wilful misconduct or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Privacy, links and changes

Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy. External links are provided for convenience; we do not control third-party content, security or privacy practices.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, services or law. The version in force when a specific project contract is concluded does not alter that contract unless the parties agree otherwise.

13. Governing law and contact

These website Terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Greece shall have jurisdiction, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protection or jurisdiction rights granted by applicable law.

Questions, complaints or notices may be sent to hello@minijackstudio.eu. We will make reasonable efforts to address them directly and in good faith.

Details shown in square brackets must be completed before the website begins public commercial operation.
